Add one scoop (10 g) of your PURE marine collagen to your favorite drink — coffee, tea, smoothie — and enjoy daily.
For optimal results, use consistently for a minimum of 5 months.
Vitamin C + Calcium
Take 1 capsule daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner if use extends beyond 12 weeks.
Biotin
Take 1 capsule daily.
